Traditionally, Teochew or Hakka restaurants are available in old coffee-shops environment without any air-con. Cleanliness are also an issues.
New restaurants like Old town, PappaRich claims to serve traditional Chinese food but since it is trying to capture the Malay mass market, all its dishes are compromise of its most ingredient : pork & lard !!!
Here in Restoran Teochew & Hakka, we faithfully stick to time proven recipes, duplicating all dishes 100% without any compromise. Just like how it is prepared and enjoyed by our parents and grand-parents.
